- Complete development of a deluxe 100 bedroomed all-suite hotel in Kingston Jamaica including leisure facilities, bars and banqueting, additionally recruiting the executive team for the hotel ready for the planned opening
- Complete planning of the hotel in Kingston prior to opening, of financial budgets, sales/marketing plans, operational plans, and key staff appointments, as well as overseeing sales agents, representatives and international product sourcing for the entire project.
- Demonstrated visible operational leadership and management to hotel staff.
- Substantial travel to the USA to source all the needs of the hotel prior to opening.
- Responsible for overseeing at the same time of a Holiday Inn to become the first Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort in the world which equated to a full over haul of the existing resort at a cost of $120 million dollars which was shared between Holiday Inn Inc and Crown Eagle Hotels.
