- Bought a run down 16th Century Country House hotel set in two acres of land with 11 bedrooms that had had no investment for many years and was poorly managed.
- Few controls were in place and those that existed were hand written with no modern technology or systems .
- Restructured the management team from top to bottom, refurbished all bedrooms introducing different room types so increasing ARR and choice for customers plus all public areas were upgraded.
- Put in PMS system, and eventually software to give us greater room revenue information.
- Saw the hotel through one of the most difficult times in the hospitality history, Covid, coming out of it stronger and with a better product.
- Increased total revenue by over 100% and sold the hotel in 2022 at a substantial profit .
