- Developed this hotel from a 25 bedroomed family owned neglected hotel which then underwent substantial investments and a new marketing strategy which included a greater empathies on the leisure market. This was done by the purchase of an adjoining large house in to 10 bedrooms which allowed the hotel to segregate different market segments of the business.
