  • 48 bedroomed 16th century hotel that had plenty of underused assets
  • Refurbished all the bedrooms and public areas.
  • Incorporated Rose and Crown into Best Western and in a very competitive market place with new hotels opening in the area managed to increased revenue by over 20%.
  • Converted the barn that was once the original fire station when it was horse and cart drawn appliances which involved substantial liaison with planning authorities as it was also a listed building. This was subsequently converted in to two and three bedroomed houses.
  • Converted an almost derelict staff cottage into two homes with basements.
